To tell the truth, I can’t exactly remember. However, I think that it may have been simply the scene when he was riding the motorcycle with the hospital gown. While I don’t think that it was incredibly awkward, I was thinking of what some people (like my mother, for example), would have thought of the scene.

Where did you feel there were two awkward parts? I just know him and his elderly neighbor scene was awkward. It was not awkward enough for me to want them to cut it out. I found it rather funny. I can’t think of another scene that was awkward. I’d like for you to point it out so I could focus on it the next time I see it.

I also love economics! You use a great example of how encouraging investments in American businesses benefits the economy. Just think, if everyone’s taxes were reduced by $1000 a year, many people would take that money and invest…

Your mom and my mom should be friends. Whenever I point out cool dressers in a store, or cool looking cabinets, all she ever says is “That would be so hard to clean!” They must know what they’re talking about though…..

So I went down to Hurricane last week and low and behold, a new Walmart had been built since I had visited last. But it wasn’t just any Walmart…it had a new logo! I can’t wait to hear your analysis….

Not to be persnickety, children, but Dvorak’s Symhpony No. 9 (From the New World) is technically a romantic, not classical orchestral piece. The classical music era stretches from 1750 to 1810(ish).

Ever listened to Smetana’s “Ma Vlast”? The second movement, “The Moldau” is absolutely scrumptious. My personal favorite symphony, though, is Tchaikovsky’s 5th Symphony, especially the second movement. Of course, I’m also fond of Debussy’s “Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun”. Give ‘em a listen (oh, and they’re all romantic composers as well).
